Pino Giuseppe Baldassarre

Pino is a consultant with 123ID in the role of Vice President of Business Development, a software development corporation specializing in biometric solutions, primarily in fingerprint authentication and verification. He is currently also the President and CEO of BPT Technologies North America, responsible for the set up and implementation of a North American division for a European multinational company. Many years of experience as Senior Management and Business Development for secure technology companies has made Pino a recognised expert in his field and he is regularly called on to speak at conferences in both Canada and the US on issues surrounding National Security and merging technologies.

Pino has held senior management roles at companies including The Logica Group, a division of The MacKenzie Group, NY, where he was responsible for total corporate infrastructure development including corporate business plan, logistics, sales and distribution; Intellikey Corporation Florida, where he was Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Pacific Entrance Systems in Vancouver, where he was President and CEO.

Pino holds a BA in Mathematics with a minor in economics from York University, Toronto and an MBA -INSEAD from Fountainbleau, France.

Nicholas Murray

A graduate of Fanshawe College, London, Canada, Nick studied internet technology to degree level and has six years’ professional experience working in development and administration of Windows networks in office environments.

As the Chief Technical Officer of Playsonthenet, Nick is responsible for all technology strategy and architecture worldwide, playing a key role working with the CEO to design future strategic options for business. He is also responsible for the management and security of multiple servers in a global environment using a mix of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Prior to joining POTN, Nick worked as the senior Network Security Administrator for MBA Group in London, England, managing and securing 200-user Windows/Macintosh network. He also oversaw the Cisco PIX 515 firewall configuration and ongoing maintainance, installation of site to site and client Cisco secure VPN Networks.

Nick has worked as a programmer and tech support for Claero Systems in Calgary, Alberta and for Myskymiles in Brisbane, Australia. His work for Schoolfuse, Inc in Ontario involved the design of a database and back-end system to facilitate a large-scale online presence for an education provider. Nick led a team of designers and programmers to develop an online system for elementary and secondary school students to assist with education utilizing Macromedia ColdFusion, MySQL and Microsoft NT technologies for development.

Further qualifications include CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Chris Savery

Born in Plymouth in 1960, Chris Savery began writing drama at the tender age of 14. His first full-length play was completed when he was 18, and won him the TSW/Southwest Arts Award for new writing. After graduating Keele University with a degree in Economics and Politics, Chris served in the Royal Engineers for three years before making the full-time transition into the dramatic arts.

In 1985, Chris formed the theatre company Plymouth Presents, and staged his first production ‘The Megahype’, at the Academy Theatre, Plymouth the following year.

‘A Clash of Wills’ and ‘Peacocks and Hens’ at the Athenauem
‘Drake’ for the 1988 Drake400 celebrations in conjunction with The Theatre Royal Plymouth
‘A Battle of Wits’ and ‘Marilyn’ at the Barbican Theatre, Plymouth

In 1992 Chris set up Kick FM radio, Plymouth and began recording original plays for broadcast. In 2001, Playsonthenet was created with the intention of producing new plays to download on the Internet. Chris produced over 50 hours of original drama for Oneword Radio and got 3 Sony nominations in 2002. Through his work with POTN and dedication to new writing, Chris has developed significant relationships with some of the leading names in UK theatre. In November 2006 he collaborated with The Old Vic on their ’24 Hour Plays’ project, recording a series of new productions for broadcast on Channel 4’s Oneword radio. In March and April of 2007 he will sit on the board of judges for ‘The Play’s The Thing’, an new competition from Channel 4 to discover a new talent in radio drama.

Enzo Taddei

Now the Chief Financial Director for Playsonthenet, Enzo was previously the sole shareholder and director of private accountancy firm, Adesso Res Asesores in Spain, which he operated for eight years between 1999 and 2006.

Prior to setting up his own company, Enzo worked for Spence Clarke & Co., a firm of chartered accountants based Marbella, Malaga whilst completing his BBA degree.

Raised in Spain, Italy and Ireland, Enzo is proficient in all three languages and has been educated to degree level in both Spain and the UK

Enzo holds a joint degree in Law from the University of Malaga, Spain and  in Business administration from the University of Wales in conjunction with the University E.A.D.E in Malaga, Spain. In 2000, he completed his Master Degree in Taxation and fiscal related subjects at the University of E.A.D.E in Malaga, Spain.

Emily Want

Currently the Communications Director for Playsonthenet.com, Emily previously worked in Marbella, Spain, as the Arts & Culture Editor of a high-end lifestyle magazine.

Prior to her work in publishing, Emily worked in Media in the UK. For two years she was the Executive Assistant to Hugo Young, a literary agent at ICM London, the UK’s largest talent agency, managing the careers of writers and directors in film and television. She also worked as a script editor for various producers and production companies including producer Hannah Rothschild, International Creative Management, Film and General Productions Ltd and Curtis Brown.

For three years, Emily worked as the Executive Assistant to two film producers, Clive Parsons and Davina Belling, producers of movies including ‘Scum’, ‘Gregory’s Girl’, ‘Tea With Mussolini’ and ‘Breaking Glass’. Projects completed during this time included:

Emily remains an active member of BAFTA (the British Academy of Film and Television Arts), having been accepted for membership in 2002. She graduated from The University of Warwick in 1999 with Upper Second Class Honours in Film and Literature.
